What is collected

The contact form collects your name, email, phone if you choose to give it, the service concerned, your preferred language and your message.

The form must not be used to send confidential or sensitive information. It asks for no identification documents, no banking details, no medical information and no details of your case.

Use

This information is used solely to answer your request. It is not sold, exchanged or used for advertising.

Sending the form does not create a professional relationship with the notary.

Retention and security

Requests are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and then deleted. Exchanges with the site use HTTPS.

Audience measurement

No measurement tool is loaded before your explicit consent. If you accept, measurement takes place without transmitting your name, email, phone or the content of your message.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion by writing to the office, whose details appear on the contact page.
